Xtreme fitness: http://xtremefitnessmontreal.com/

What’s their schedule like and how much does it cost?

Everyday 6-7am to 11pm, I bought a 1 day pass which is worth 10.00$

What class did you attend and with whom?

I didn’t take any classes and I was working out alone with cardio equipment and weights exercise for 1 hour.

How did you feel before, during, and after?

At first, I was nervous because I wasn’t sure what to do since I haven’t went to a public for a long time. Them, I gained confidence in my workout and felt that I can do other exercises. In the end, It feels like an accomplishment of a worthy task that will improve my overall composition.

What did you learn, like, and dislike?

I learned to be independent and confident in my gym workout. The employees seems very friendly and their services are generous since they helped me with a few requirements that I needed. Although, I dislike traveling with a bus to this gym because it is overwhelming and unmotivating.

Were you glad you went and would you recommend it to a friend?

I always wanted to workout in a public gym. However, I really don’t have time because of college pressure, Therefore, I would only recommend to a friend if he or she have space in their schedule. But it was a great experience, so yeah, I’m glad I went.

I didn’t take any classes and I was working out alone with cardio equipment and weights exercise for 1 hour.

How did you feel before, during, and after?

I was still nervous because I didn’t know how the Buzzfit community was like. In the process, I started communicating without being too shy when asking for help. However in the end, I didn’t feel any accomplishment compare to Xtreme Fitness and I quickly lost motivation.

What did you learn, like, and dislike?

I learned how to perform exercises for my own benefit and not just for the hell of it. For example, I was to do exercises for my muscular strength and endurance. So I do weights as some of my exercises. I like how the services of Buzzfit is friendly to newcomers. However, I dislike the fact that the gym is crowded most of the time.

Were you glad you went and would you recommend it to a friend?

I recommend it because it is friendly to newcomers but I personally wouldn’t go since I dislike the environment and the fact that the gym is always crowded.

I forgot my card at first, so I basically did my cardio by running towards the library, so I was exhausted when I came to the gym, I kept a slow cardio performance during the workout since I still had to cool down a little. Finally, my legs felt more freely.

What did you learn, like, and dislike?

I learned how to I sign up for fitness room in Vanier College, I like how it is free as long you have your student ID card. However, the fitness room is very small and compact but still effective.

Were you glad you went and would you recommend it to a friend?

I recommend it to a friend for sure, since it’s a school gym where you don’t have to pay, nor travel very far, as long that person isn’t busy. It’s good knowing what the school can offer in the fitness room, glad I went to check it out.
